Sometimes when a country begins to develop through industrial and military means new technologies become necessary. Some of the biggest technological advances are seen in civil engineering, manufacturing, information technology, food production, and product distribution. Politically and economically, these areas of technology are the most important. Technologies that advance from one part of society can often benefit others through the adjustment and extension of principles, inner-workings, and production resources. For example, word procession technology wasn’t originally developed to help people learn. It was developed for the purpose of “information exchange” in military and scientific projects. If we let ourselves think of “word processing” as the general storage and display of words on the computer or on paper, then we might just let the word storage and display technology comes from the military’s idea of nature and the uses of written language.
